Make it a habit to structure your time. Optimize your day by creating a game-plan and stick to it. Estimate how long it will take you to complete objectives and schedule every minute. This will keep you moving forward and limit distractions. Learn to say "No" to things that hinder progress and focus your energy towards completing your objectives. You will soon realize that you are accomplishing more in a shorter amount of time, allowing you to feel more fulfilled as well as giving yourself more time to DO MORE.
