Welcome to Lucrative Merchants. By accessing or using our website at lucrativemerchants.com and our related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Lucrative Merchants provides payment processing consultancy services, merchant account facilitation, and related business services. We act as an independent sales organization (ISO) connecting merchants with payment processors. We do not directly process payments or hold merchant funds.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business, and that your business operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Information submitted through our merchant application forms is used solely for the purpose of matching you with appropriate payment processors and facilitating your merchant account application. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Approval decisions are made by the payment processors and banks, not by Lucrative Merchants.
Lucrative Merchants may receive compensation from payment processors for successful merchant referrals. Pricing models including Interchange-Plus and Cash Discounting (Dual-Mid Pricing) are disclosed transparently to all merchants before application submission. All fees associated with merchant accounts are governed by agreements between the merchant and the payment processor.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all applications and communications. Providing false or misleading information may result in application denial, account termination, and potential legal liability.
All content on lucrativemerchants.com including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Lucrative Merchants or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Lucrative Merchants serves as a consultancy and referral service. We are not liable for decisions made by payment processors or banks regarding merchant account approvals, rate changes, account holds, or terminations. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid to Lucrative Merchants in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular merchant account application will be approved.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in King County, Washington.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
